U.S Bancorp Inc. is an American bank holding company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and incorporated in Delaware. With nearly 70,000 employees and USD 559B in assets as of June 30, 2021, U.S Bancorp is the publicly traded parent company of the U.S. Bank National Association. It is the fifth-largest banking institution in the United States. The company serves millions of customers locally, nationally, and internationally through a diversified mix of businesses: Consumer and Business Banking; Payment Services; Corporate & Commercial Banking; and Wealth Management and Investment Services.
